We are a small practice with low overheads, and this is reflected
in the level of our fees which are both competitive and represent
excellent value for money.
On most projects, our input will be divided into work stages,
generally based on those used by the RIBA. These will be reflected
in fee quotations.
Fees may be charged on a time basis, or as a fixed fee for
an agreed scope of work.
In all cases, incidental office
expenses are included
in the fee, as are other overheads such as Professional Indemnity
and Public Liability insurance cover.

Travel, subsistence and accommodation, and the
printing, copying and distribution of major issues of information
(such as tender documentation) will be charged at cost on projects
where a time-based fee applies, but will be included in fixed
fee quotations.
Wherever possible we travel by public
transport.
No charge is made for time spent
travelling.
VAT will be added to all invoices on UK and other EU projects.
On projects where a time-based fee applies, invoices will
be issued monthly. On those with a fixed fee, an appropriate
fee draw down will be agreed between the consultant and client.
